fix http://mirrors.digitalocean.com/ubuntu disco Release 404 not found - ketika menggunakan ubuntu 19.04 Disco saat apt - update mungkin bakal muncul 404 not found atau semacam error no longer support seperti:

N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
Untuk mengatasi hal ini, bisa dengan mengupdate repo di source.list ke domain old-releases.ubuntu.com
